This class covers most everyone in their everyday attire and the images presented cover most social classes. Each row or a little more will focus on a particular level of feudal society and present the typical modes of dress based on 12th century European styles.

One interesting feature that has come to light in doing these images is the sameness of clothing styles throughout the group. The listed prices are for the basic clothing items which show the sameness even more. However, the material used in the clothing of the upper ranks is more luxurious and therefore would cost quite a bit more. For example, The Guildmaster and Alderman could be considered at the top of social ladder for freemen and would have clothing made of fine wool, linen, some low end furs and little silk. The liege lord, whose clothing is similar to that of the former men would have clothing made from very fine wool, linen, brocades, silks and furs. The first men's clothing could be 2-3 times the value shown and the lord's clothing as much as 6 times as much.
